    What can I do if I recharged the wrong number?

    Once a recharge request is processed, it cannot be reversed by AeronPay. Please contact your operator with the Operator Reference Number (ORN) for assistance. You can find the ORN in your transaction history under "Orders." We recommend double-checking details before completing any transaction.

    What is the TAT (Turnaround Time) for Credit Card Bill Payment Settlement?

    Credit Card Bill Payments are settled only on bank working days:

    - Monday to Friday: 00:00 to 23:59:59
    - Saturday: 00:00 to 17:00
    - Sunday and 2nd/4th Saturdays or bank holidays: Payments are scheduled for the next working day.
