AeronPay is a Utility Bill Payments and Secure Financial Service Provider for the Indian Retailers and Customers.

In case of a failure, Funds will be credited back to your Source Account.

Login to your AeronPay Mobile App. Enter the needed section.

For Prepaid recharge, simply enter your prepaid mobile number, select the operator and select the recharge plan and authorize the payment.

For Postpaid bill payment, simply enter your postpaid mobile number, select the operator, enter the amount and authorize the payment.

You can pay Airtel Landline, BSNL Landline, MTNL Delhi/Mumbai bills on AeronPay. Please visit the Landline section on our AeronPay app, Select the operator, simply enter your Landline number, Fetch the bill, enter the amount and authorize the payment

Recharge failure may occur due to an issue at the end of the operator. We request you to try again after some time. If your number is ported, select the correct operator and circle manually.

Please check, that you have entered the details correctly?

Payment failure could be due to an issue at the operator's end. We suggest you retry after some time.

We are sorry to hear this but the recharge request has been successfully processed by the Operator and we do not have any control once the request is processed. We request you to reach the Operator along with the Operator Reference Number (ORN) and request them to reverse the amount. You can get the ORN from the Transaction History (at the bottom) -----> Orders. To avoid these instances we request you to cross-check the details before completing any transaction.

1.) Enter your Registered Mobile Number on the account.
2.) Visit Forgot Password.
3.) Select Submit.
4.) You will get a message on your Registered Mobile Number.
5.) Enter your RMN, You will get a message on your RMN (Registered Mobile Number).

No, you cannot use one account on two different devices.

Credit Card Bill Payment Settlement Only on Bank Working Days!

Payment Scheduled is below:

Monday to Friday: 00:00 to 23:59:59 (Timing)
Saturday: 00:00 to 17:00:00 (Timing)
Sunday: No Payment Settled on Card - It will be Scheduled on Next Working Days.
Note: Payment will not be settled on the 2nd and 4th Saturday or bank holidays.

You must know that your registered details are as per your KYC document, and you can't edit your registered details of Minimum and Maximum KYC.

As a service provider, it is imperative for us to implement charges for the utilization of our services. Please note that we do not operate as a Payment Gateway.

Maximum KYC users can easily access Finance services. So, here you have to check whether your Maximum KYC has been successfully updated in your AeronPay app or not?

If not? We suggest you kindly complete the Maximum KYC after that, you can easily access Finance services.

In order to use the AeronPay services as per the regulatory guidelines, you must complete the Minimum KYC.
Follow these steps to complete the Minimum KYC:-

1. First, open the AeronPay App.
2. Click on the navigation bar in the left-hand corner.
3. Then click on the "My Account option".
4. Select the Update KYC & choose the "Minimum KYC option"
5. Fill in the required details(Voter Id/Driving license/pan card number)
6. After verifying the details your Minimum KYC will be completed.

We notify you that, after completing the Minimum KYC you will get the successful notification in the App.

Also, note that you can't remove your KYC documents once it has been uploaded.

As per regulatory guidelines, you have to Complete your Maximum KYC and it's mandatory to use Aeronpay Services.
Please find the procedure for Maximum KYC.

1. First of all open the AeronPay Pro app.
2. Select the Navigation bar on the Top Left Side.
3. Select the "My Account" option and click on the KYC update.
4. Select the document for maximum KYC (Aadhaar card)
5. After your Aadhaar OTP verification of the document, your maximum KYC will be auto-approved.

We notify you that, after completing the Maximum KYC you will get the successful notification in the app.

Also, note that you can't remove your KYC documents once it has been uploaded.
